Human Resources Generalist

Assignment Length: Temp – ASAP through end of November Job Summary: Our Client in Moorestown is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team on a temporary basis through the end of November. This position pays $31.00–$34.00/hr and follows a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule. The HR Generalist will work closely with employees and management to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Maintain high visibility, accessibility, and interaction with employees on all shifts Perform full-cycle hourly recruiting, including job postings, job fairs, interviews, background checks, offer letters, and orientation support Coordinate the introductory review process and measure program compliance and effectiveness Utilize Workday HRIS for data entry and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity Assist with weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for temporary and hourly staff Track employee attendance, headcount, and recruitment activity and publish weekly reports Monitor and audit timekeeping systems, including schedules and time-off requests Coordinate employee events and recognition activities Address employee concerns and elevate issues appropriately in partnership with the HR site lead Assist frontline leaders with consistent interpretation and application of HR policies and practices Conduct workplace investigations Maintain confidentiality and handle personnel matters with professionalism and integrity Perform other assigned duties as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience Two or more years of Human Resources experience Experience using Workday and Dimensions/UKG timekeeping preferred Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication and problem‑solving skills Strong personal accountability with a continuous improvement mindset Proficient with Microsoft Office Primarily based in a plant environment with some office responsibilities Flexibility in hours during peak payroll or recruitment periods Benefits: Weekly pay, Direct Deposit, Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and a Referral Bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
