Human Resources (HR) Manager

Becton Dickinson seeks an HR Manager to provide strategic human resources partnership and operational support across multiple manufacturing sites. The role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness while reporting to the Associate Director of HR Operations and Quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and compensation planning initiatives
- Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, documentation, and development planning
- Partner on organizational design, capability assessments, and change management execution
- Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant issue resolution
- Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategy and candidate assessment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years HR experience with at least 4 years as HR Business Partner or generalist in manufacturing
- Experience with organizational design, change management, and talent management
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across sites and functions
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
