• ACLS: Preferred
• OR/ASU Experience: Preferred
• Leadership: Charge nurse/preceptor experience preferred
• Skills: Strong patient assessment, critical thinking, prioritization, delegation, communication, and problem-solving

• Clinical Knowledge: OR/ASU equipment, safe/aseptic practices, and lethal dysrhythmia interpretation
