Capital Markets Associate - CMBS Securitizations

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Capital Markets Associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join their Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial mortgage loan securitizations and demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents related to CMBS securitizations. Manage the closing process for complex transactions. Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Requirements 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in capital markets. Proven ability to manage complex transactions. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
