Over the years, I’ve built an agency focused on consistency, strong relationships, and serving our community at a high level. I’m a graduate of Ball State University, where I earned my B.S. in Business Management and competed as a Division I athlete for four years. I’m married with four children and one grandchild, and family plays a big role in everything I do. I stay very active in the community by coaching youth basketball, football, soccer, and baseball, as well as mentoring local youth. I’m also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi. Giving back and helping others grow is something I’m deeply passionate about. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
