Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit organization located in Milton, MA seeking a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to join their team. About the Organization Seeking a Part-Time Payroll Specialist Founded over 100 years ago, this education group offers a variety of programs The staff and faculty have low student ratios to increase impact and connection They have several new initiatives for 2026 including expanding their reach for neurodivergent students, and working more in-depth with international students Hybrid working environment, estimated 24 hours/week with one day in office Responsibilities of the Part-Time Payroll Specialist Process payroll on a weekly basis for 250+ employees Maintain employee information in ADP Educate employees on time sheet submittal and managers on approval Create payroll and employee compensation reports as requested Background Expected of the Part-Time Payroll Specialist Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or experience equivalent (+4 years) 2+ years of experience in a payroll role that includes hourly workers Experience with ADP Workforce Now or nonprofit industry experience preferred but not required Ability to work a part-time schedule of ~24 hours/week with at least one day in office Hourly Rate $25.00 – 30.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
