We use the Sandler Sales System as well as private consultation, peer review, and management coaching to ensure that our territory sales representatives' professional acumen is continuously improved and refined.## Qualifications**Qualifications***Required:** *Proven success in industrial sales, business development, or territory management.** *Experience developing distributor and customer relationships.** *Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.** *Strong communication and leadership skills.** *Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.** *Experience leveraging CRM systems consistently to manage customer relationships.** *Cross-functional team player with strong business acumen.**Preferred:** *Experience within industrial fasteners, industrial distribution, or related industrial markets.** *Four+ years of experience with Structural Fasteners, Lifting & Rigging, and/or Industrial Adhesives.** *Experience selling into OEM, fabrication, manufacturing, or construction-related markets.***Culture, History, Vision:** Huyett is a 120+ year-old privately held master distributor and manufacturer of industrial fasteners.
