ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We've been proudly serving the community for 10 years and currently have a team of 10. I began my career with State Farm as a team member and spent six years in that role before opening my own agency.
I’m a graduate of University of Kentucky, married, and a proud parent to a two-year-old son.



 
Our agency is family-oriented and close-knit — many of our team members have been with us for years. We value teamwork, celebrate milestones and foster an environment where people support one another. We have two convenient locations in Mt. Washington and Louisville (Highview).



 
We offer perks like half-day Fridays once a month for full-time employees and a casual, flexible work environment. We set high goals, work hard, and make sure to have fun along the way. As a New Business Sales Representative , you’ll be responsible for generating new client relationships and helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. This is a high-activity, performance-driven sales role focused on prospecting, networking, marketing, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

Success in this role comes from consistently creating new opportunities, building trust with prospects, and confidently recommending insurance and financial products that meet their needs. Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, community involvement, and marketing.
• Build relationships with prospects through phone calls, appointments, social media, events, and personal outreach.
• Conduct insurance and financial needs analyses.
• Present customized insurance and financial solutions that protect clients and their families.
• Consistently ask for referrals and introductions.
• Develop and maintain a strong personal brand within the community.
• Follow up on leads quickly and consistently.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and document client interactions.
• Meet or exceed activity, production, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the retention team to ensure a seamless client experience after the sale.
