We've been proudly serving the community for 10 years and currently have a team of 10. Our agency is family-oriented and close-knit many of our team members have been with us for years. As a New Business Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new client relationships and helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. This is a high-activity, performance-driven sales role focused on prospecting, networking, marketing, and converting opportunities into long-term clients. Success in this role comes from consistently creating new opportunities, building trust with prospects, and confidently recommending insurance and financial products that meet their needs. Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, community involvement, and marketing.
• Build relationships with prospects through phone calls, appointments, social media, events, and personal outreach.
• Conduct insurance and financial needs analyses.
• Present customized insurance and financial solutions that protect clients and their families.
• Consistently ask for referrals and introductions.
• Develop and maintain a strong personal brand within the community.
• Follow up on leads quickly and consistently.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and document client interactions.
• Meet or exceed activity, production, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the retention team to ensure a seamless client experience after the sale.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
