Supporting customer service operations, the full-time REMOTE Live Agent will provide exceptional assistance via phone and written communication while maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance guidelines. Key responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service support via phone and written communication Assist customers with inquiries related to financial accounts and services Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions Required qualifications Perfect English skills, both written and spoken Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work from 9AM EST until 8PM EST in 8-hour shifts Legal knowledge and call center experience for high-volume support is a plus Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
