Targeted Case Manager
Community Mental Health Center
Community Behavioral Health Agency serving Palm Beach County hiring Case managers to serve children, adults and families. Independent contractor position with flexible schedule.Full time hours (25+ hours) preferred. We are currently seeking Targeted Case Managers! FCB Certification (Preferred). Coordinate needed services for children, adults & families in Palm Beach County. Detailed description will be provided during interview. Skills/ Requirements PALM BEACH COUNTY, must be willing to travel. Preferred Bilingual(English/Spanish or English/Creole) Bachelor's Degree in Social Work Related Field Min. 2 yrs experience preferred FCB - Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Preferred Basic Knowledge of Community Resources In person position Important Notes:
