Job Description Are you an experienced Manager or Supervisor of Healthcare Billing and Revenue Cycle functions seeking a great career opportunity? This will be involved in hiring, training, evaluating, and developing fulltime staff. The Patient Accounts Manager oversees daily responsibilities involve analyzing cash and/or aging variances, and providing explanations and plans of action to address shortfalls. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE): 3+ RECENT years of Management or Supervisory experience from a large hospital or Revenue Cycle Management firm Experience managing 25+ direct reports in a Central Billing Office setting Strong leadership skills with reflective written/verbal communication Advanced knowledge of healthcare A/R, collections, insurance, appeals and understanding of payor Compliance Guidelines Understanding of payor contracts and commercial / government guidelines Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Additional Information Interested in hearing more about this great opportunity?
