ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as Donor Engagement Director. In this position, you will provide leadership for the Foundation's overall development and fundraising efforts and systems, with a primary focus on donor partner engagement. The Donor Engagement Director supports building strong relationships through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donor partners with a focus on major gifts and planned giving. You will also provide leadership to strengthen the overall development plan and process, including fully utilizing financial and donor relationship management software and annual giving strategies.
