Responsibilities: We are currently looking for a Benefits Account Administrator that has the character and personality to work with a strong team of personable individuals. The Benefits Account Administrator will support our TPA (Third Party Administrator) team, with data entry + client service related to the enrollment of employee benefits.Our team harnesses our collective strengths to deliver outstanding service, coupled with our local expertise.

Key responsibilities:

• General tasks such as data entry, answering client requests via phone, and email, working closely with our internal team to provide excellent service
• Lead client forms, and inputting data into our system
• Run all eligibility issues for clients
• Compiles eligibility and billing data into a single invoice for Gallagher clients
• Liaising between the insurance carriers and the client
• Responding to urgent requests via phone in a timely manner
• Submitting client enrollment forms
• Ensuring industry compliance and brand standards are maintained

Qualifications: Required: High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills. Preferred: Benefits billing experience. Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word. Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills, Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast work environment. Ability to work independently and on a team. General COBRA knowledge. Behaviors: Good verbal communication skills. Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.
