With over $1.5 billion in assets under management, we have been delivering personalized wealth and investment management services to high-net-worth individuals and families for more than thirty years. Position Overview: We are seeking an Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a successful multitasker with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and an ability to enhance operational efficiency through technology. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Leverage technology and software tools to streamline operations and enhance the client
- Organize and prioritize tasks across various operational functions
- Fulfill client service requests (e.g. new account setup, cash journals, charitable contributions, and required minimum distributions)
- Assist in preparing quarterly performance reports and materials for client review meetings
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operations within the wealth management industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in DocuSign or similar electronic signature programs
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Highly organized, adaptable, and dependable
