The role focuses on selling life insurance to individuals who have already reached out for assistance, eliminating cold calling and aggressive pitch tactics. Responsibilities Consult with pre-qualified leads to assess life insurance needs. Present tailored insurance solutions and secure commitments. Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules. Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions. Support agency growth initiatives and potentially lead your own agency unit. Qualifications Licensed life insurance agent with a passion for client service. Self‑motivated, disciplined, and ready to work independently. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits No cold calling, membership fees, or sales quotas. Hands‑on training and mentoring from senior agents.
