Tradecraft Farms in California is seeking a Store Lead to oversee daily operations, coach the team, and ensure a compliant, high‑touch customer experience. You will lead by example in product knowledge, sales, and service while maintaining store standards and safety.

Responsibilities include guiding Experience, Merchandising or Inventory operations, greeting customers, educating on cannabis products, processing transactions accurately, and supporting onboarding and training of new staff.
