Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Guided Grace, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to ascertain their physical therapy needs based on physician referrals and medical history.
• Developing customized treatment plans, setting measurable goals, and delivering interventions in collaboration with patient care teams.
• Monitoring patient progress through regular assessments and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintaining diligent and detailed records of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervising and guiding the activities of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
