Remote Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating appointments, service requests, meetings, and other scheduled activities to support Evox Therapeutics Ltd customers and internal operations. This role helps ensure that schedules are accurate, organized, and communicated effectively across the appropriate teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple scheduling requests in a remote environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize changing schedules are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments, service requests, meetings, and other scheduled activities
• Schedule and confirm customer and internal appointments using approved company systems
• Respond to scheduling requests by phone, email, and other approved communication channels
• Review scheduling requests and identify the appropriate resources or team members
• Maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and appointment records
• Confirm appointment details, dates
