Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting Pre K-5 students in a dynamic educational setting near Des Plaines, IL. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm, totaling 35 hours each week, starting August 17th. Make a difference by providing crucial psychological services, collaborating with a dedicated student support team, and shaping positive academic and behavioral outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's or higher degree in School Psychology
• Certified or eligible for certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with Pre K-5 age groups
• Proficiency in conducting and managing paperwork for initial and re-evaluation IEP assessments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to balance assessment, report writing, and occasional direct student support

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete all initial evaluations and re-evaluations, including comprehensive testing and documentation for IEPs
• Collaborate regularly with the student support team in academic and behavioral problem-solving meetings
• Provide direct support to students when possible, based on scheduling availability
