Title: Manager of Ecommerce Operations
DESCRIPTION
The Manager of Ecommerce Operations is a role responsible for driving the operational excellence, project execution, and cross‑functional coordination that powers AMIRI's digital business. This leader will oversee critical operational workflows, manage major cross‑functional initiatives, and ensure the systems, processes, and partners are optimized to support a rapidly scaling future‑focused omnichannel business. This role blends project management discipline, operational rigor, and technical fluency with the polished professionalism expected in luxury retail. The manager will own operational KPIs, lead process improvement, manage vendor and IT coordination, and guide the Ecommerce Operations Coordinator while supporting the Customer Service Specialist through operational improvement projects.BASIC REQUIREMENTS
6 years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital operations, or ecommerce project management – ideally in luxury space Experience supporting Shopify or Shopify Plus operations and ecommerce system integrations Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, 3PL processes, and omnichannel concepts Ability to manage complex cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end Analytical mindset with forecasting experience (packaging, operational needs, or sales‑driven planning) Exceptional documentation, process mapping, and project communication skills Resourceful, self‑directed, and comfortable managing ambiguityPREFERRED
Experience with luxury or premium retail brands Familiarity with Narvar, Global‑e, NoFraud, Celigo, Nosto, Klaviyo, ShipStation, and Teamwork Commerce Experience supporting customer service teams or CX improvement initiatives with an operational lens Background supporting DAM, CRM, or clienteling system implementationsDAY-TO-DAY
Own and drive strategic ecommerce initiatives that enhance the digital customer journey and support business growth Partner with Digital, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, and Technology teams to deliver best‑in‑class luxury commerce experiences Manage the roadmap and execution of new ecommerce features, integrations, and customer engagement capabilities Support international expansion efforts, including localization, regional experiences, and market‑specific requirements Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across digital channels Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and external partners to successfully launch and optimize ecommerce programs and technologies Utilize analytics and performance data to inform priorities, measure success, and drive continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight GlobalVacancy posted 19 hours ago
