Position Overview As Restaurant Manager, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while inspiring and developing our front‑of‑house team. What You’ll Do Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless execution of lunch, dinner, private dining, and special events. Create memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and urgency. Coach, mentor, and develop service professionals through consistent feedback, training, and performance management. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellence. Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure flawless execution of food and beverage service. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the restaurant. Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining exceptional hospitality talent. Monitor labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional service standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Assist in achieving financial goals through inventory management, cost controls, and operational discipline. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high‑performing hospitality teams. Exceptional guest recovery and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience with scheduling, labor management, and operational reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Fine dining or Michelin‑recognized restaurant experience. Wine knowledge or WSET/Court of Master Sommeliers education. Experience managing high‑volume luxury restaurants. Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. The Ideal Candidate Leads by example and isn't afraid to jump into service.
