Sales Experience : Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential. Motivation : Highly motivated and results-driven mindset. Teamwork : Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
