Field Outreach Specialist - Health Benefits & Community

Elevance Health

Elevance Health seeks an Outreach Specialist I to serve as the primary field contact with current and potential members. The role involves travel to client sites, home visits, and participation in community events to support member access to care and explain benefits and policies.
