Role Description The Pediatric Physical Therapist is a part‑time, on‑site role located in Canton, CT. In this position, you will evaluate pediatric patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence‑based physical therapy interventions to support mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to set goals, provide home exercise programs, and ensure continuity of care. Daily responsibilities include documenting assessments and progress notes, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The role also involves educating families on best practices for promoting motor development and safety, and contributing to a positive, child‑friendly clinical environment. Qualifications Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and support children, families, and caregivers in a clear and compassionate manner. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and manage a consistent on‑site caseload.
