Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients directly through teletherapy sessions and community outreach, focusing on those exhibiting symptoms of major mental health issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized integrated care plans, ensuring a seamless connection to additional services as needed.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy while effectively managing a caseload tailored to clients' diverse needs.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, including assessment and immediate support, to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address client challenges and promote recovery through shared resources and information exchange.

• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with regulations, ensuring compliance with the established code of conduct and safety protocols.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans and providing timely reporting and documentation of services.

• Engage in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and keep up-to-date with current practices and methodologies relevant to drug detoxification and mental health treatment.

• Participate in team meetings and agency committees to facilitate continuous improvement and development of treatment services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily consist of individuals facing the dual challenges of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Many clients are from underserved populations, requiring culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care practices. As an LCSW at Wise Mind Psychotherapy Services, your ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds will be essential in fostering their trust and engagement in therapeutic processes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LCSW license is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in social work, with a focus on mental health treatment preferred.

• Strong understanding of the principles of behavioral health and addiction treatment.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate treatment goals and progress to clients and other professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
