Will Call / Linen Support

• Assist with customer pickups and drop-offs of linens and customer laundry orders.
• Organize and maintain linens by size, color, and type to ensure an efficient and orderly inventory.
• Maintain accurate counts of active inventory and report discrepancies as needed.
• Work closely with the Production team to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure orders can be fulfilled on time.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales to accurately identify and report missing or shorted items from customer orders.
• Ensure all customer orders are properly organized and ready for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
