LP provides you a work laptop, headset, mouse, and monitor.Work/Life Balance: We encourage a healthy work/life balance for all employees.A dynamic company with fantastic team culture atop a rapidly growing industry!Position DetailsPay: $25.58/hrTasks:Receive, read, and organize resumes for open positions; screen candidates for the interviewing phase and connect viable candidates with hiring managers; advise candidates on the interview and hiring processFollow up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collect feedback when placement is unsuccessful to improve recruiting strategyConsult with department leadership to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant positionsUpdate applicable databases and onboarding documentation in accordance with legal compliance standards to ensure information is organized, secure, and compliant; review documentation to ensure Logical Position polices are being followedMaintain compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulationsAssist leadership with team projects and attend in-person interviews as neededRequired Skills & Certifications:1+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceFriendly and upbeat personality while portraying Logical Position's core valuesAbility to interpret resumes and employment needsAbility to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive informationProficient in maintaining Recruiting information in databases including applicant tracking systems (ATS)Proficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively while working in a team or independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, and telephone etiquetteThis job description indicates in general the nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities and other essential functions (as covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act) expected of an employee in this position.
