Job Type: Direct Hire/Full-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join our team. This position will primarily operate and program a Mazak turn-mill machine in a precision manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and committed to producing high-quality parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mazak turn-mill machines

• Program and edit programs using Mastercam and machine controls

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Perform in-process inspections and verify parts meet quality standards before submitting to QA

• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges

• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Experience operating Mazak turn-mill machines required

• Programming experience with Mastercam preferred

• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and G-code editing

• Ability to inspect own parts and maintain tight tolerances

• Experience using precision measuring equipment

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently

Hours:

• Monday through Friday

• 7am to 3:30pm

Pay

• Pay is up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience
