Scientific Recruiter

Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from building job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and extending offers. Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and facilitate efficient scheduling. Work closely with hiring managers, People Services & Culture, and business leaders to understand talent needs and implement recruitment strategies. Leverage job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and attract top talent. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for compliance and reporting. Represent the company at career events, networking functions, and industry forums to enhance employer branding. Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Assist with People Services and talent-related initiatives as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting. Strong experience in scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and salary negotiations. Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and People Services & Culture partners. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools. Comfortable working on a computer and in an office setting. Self-starter who can complete and prioritize tasks. Ability to manage high-volume recruitment. Preferred Recruiting experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing.
