ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform while partnering closely with business analysts, architects, and platform governance teams. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions to support project requirements. Build and maintain workflows, catalog items, record producers, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications using platform best practices. Collaborate with architects and governance teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards. Perform unit testing and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects. Create and maintain technical documentation. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions. Support deployment activities and transition completed solutions to operational support teams. Ensure adherence to platform governance, security, and development standards. Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong knowledge of: Service Catalog Flow Designer IntegrationHub Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes REST/SOAP Integrations Experience developing scoped applications and platform workflows Experience with Agile software development methodologies Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Experience with ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and IntegrationHub Experience supporting large enterprise ServiceNow implementations Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance requirements Experience with DEX/NexThink Key Competencies & Behaviors Possess strong ServiceNow development skills, experience with integrations and workflow automation, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions that align with enterprise standards and best practices. Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands. Display strong consulting and collaboration skills. Self-starter with curiosity and initiative. Comfortable presenting to leadership and navigating challenging stakeholder dynamic. Work Environment Location: Remote Hybrid Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $60.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
