What You'll Do

• Build and maintain complex project schedules.
• Monitor progress, risks, delays, and recovery plans.
• Lead schedule review meetings.
• Prepare status reports and variance analyses.
• Manage project spend curves and forecasts.
• Identify financial exposure and project risks.
• Coordinate approved budget uploads through SAP.
• Maintain WBS budget information.
• Support procurement and project reporting.
• Improve scheduling and reporting processes.
• Use AI-enabled tools to automate reporting.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of progressive project scheduling experience.
• Experience with large-scale capital projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Project skills.
• Strong CPM and schedule-risk knowledge.
• Experience with spend forecasting and variance analysis.
• Working knowledge of SAP WBS/budget processes.
• Understanding of EVM principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines.

Renewable energy experience involving solar, wind, or battery storage is strongly preferred.
