Compensation: Up to $200,000 base + potential incentives

We are building the infrastructure that brings real corporate equity onchain, combining traditional securities law, regulated financial infrastructure, and blockchain technology to make equity programmable, transferable, and capable of moving through modern capital markets.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can help ensure the business operates with the structure, clarity and execution discipline needed to deliver on this mission.

This is not a traditional project management role focused solely on tracking deadlines. You'll work closely with the CTO, founders, and technical teams to coordinate delivery, establish effective working processes, and ensure priorities translate into tangible results.

You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, product development, financial infrastructure and business operations.

What you'll do

Technical Project Management & Delivery

• Structure and coordinate engineering sprints, ensuring priorities, deliverables and timelines remain clear.
• Manage project progress, dependencies and blockers, maintaining momentum across technical initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate priorities into actionable plans and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Lead daily stand-ups and coordinate biweekly sprint demonstrations to maintain alignment and visibility.
• Maintain organised project tracking and documentation, using Linear or comparable tools to ensure clear ownership and accountability.

Cross-Functional Operations

• Establish effective working processes across engineering, product and wider business functions, including marketing, sales and legal.
• Improve communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring teams understand priorities, responsibilities and dependencies.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into delivery progress, risks and issues requiring attention.
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical improvements that increase execution speed and consistency.

Leadership & Accountability

• Work closely with the CTO and leadership team to translate business priorities into executable plans.
• Establish credibility with technical teams and maintain high standards of ownership and follow-through.
• Take responsibility for resolving blockers, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects progress.
• Help build the systems and routines required to keep a growing technology business organised and effective.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who understands how technical teams operate and knows how to bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex projects.

You may come from technical project management, engineering operations or technical programme management. You may have worked within an exchange, financial-market infrastructure business or technology-driven financial institution.

What matters most is your ability to organise technical work, establish effective processes and ensure teams execute reliably.

You should have:

• Significant experience in technical project management, technical programme management, engineering operations or a related discipline.
• A strong understanding of software development workflows, sprint planning and agile delivery.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams and managing projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• A track record of establishing or improving project management processes, issue tracking and delivery systems.
• Strong organisational, documentation and communication skills.
• The confidence to challenge constructively, resolve blockers and hold teams accountable.
• A proactive, highly accountable approach and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

• Cryptocurrency exchanges or trading platforms
• Financial-market infrastructure and fintech
• Blockchain-based financial products
• Technical project or programme management
• Engineering operations within technology companies
• Cross-functional delivery in complex product environments
• Startups or scale-ups where operating processes needed to be established or improved

Experience in exchanges, financial markets or businesses operating close to securities infrastructure would be particularly relevant.

This is not a hands-on software development role.

You'll thrive here if you enjoy bringing order and clarity to complex projects, understand how engineering teams work, and can balance structure and accountability with the pace required in a growing technology business.

You'll be comfortable working directly with senior leadership, influencing how teams operate, and moving between technical delivery, product coordination and wider business operations. You take ownership of problems and drive them through to resolution rather than simply reporting on them.
