FLOATING Patient Registration Representative

Responsibilities Checking in patients is the main responsibility. Direct patient contact, gathering demographics, taking insurance, ensuring paperwork is completed, and checking insurance eligibility. Greeting patients and being a friendly face upon arrival. Qualifications & Experience Friendly personality and welcoming demeanor. Experience with insurance and medical office processes. Front-desk experience in a dental office acceptable. Ability to work at multiple locations within Minneapolis or St. Paul and travel as required. Availability to be at any assigned location on duty. Schedule & Location Permanent position based in Minneapolis, MN. Hours per location: Minneapolis Open: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; Minneapolis Closer: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or until last patient leaves; Other locations: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or until last patient leaves. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $47,840.00 per year. Benefits: Medical, 401(k), PTO offered.
