What challenge will you tackle?

• Dial in product and process settings and run equipment to plan
• Verify materials and labels before you hit start
• Track machine performance continuously and adjust in real time
• Audit output for seal strength, target weights, and label accuracy
• Confirm packaging and finished product meet specs and quantities
• Document everything—precise, complete batch records every run
• Switch gears quickly: assist changeovers and clean equipment

Where and how you’ll work

• Location: Madison
• Schedule: Full-time, On-Site
• Third Shift premium: $2.00/hour added to all Third Shift hours (not included in initial rate)

Must-haves

• High school diploma
• Stamina to stand for long periods and ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• 3+ years operating or maintaining manufacturing machinery with strong GMP/SOP discipline

• Equipment troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing
• HACCP knowledge and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Comfort with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Mixing, blending, and raw-material weighing expertise
• Understanding of pasteurization processes
• Proficiency in setting up machines for production runs
• Proven success in a manufacturing environment
