Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing our team's support operations, strengthening support capacity across various Salesforce platforms, and ensuring smooth system maintenance and user support.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and resolve user issues from the ServiceNow support queue.
• Develop and improve documentation for existing processes.
• Establish and implement sustainable processes for system maintenance.
• Assist in incident management and knowledge sharing with team members.
• Collaborate with development teams once systems are stabilized.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Proficiency in process creation and documentation.
• Strong skills in ticket triage and system maintenance.
