Job Title Opportunities with Logistics Health Incorporated (LHI), part of the Optum family of business. We're dedicated to simplifying the logistics of complex workforce health programs with cost-effective solutions and a seamless distribution process. This position is full time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our assigned, 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00 am - 12:00 am CST from Monday - Friday and a rotating shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST every other Saturday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and weekends. We offer 8 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age OR older 1+ years of call center experience 1+ years of customer service experience Ability to attend 100% of training for 8 weeks between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST, Monday - Friday Ability to work any of our assigned, full time (40 hours/week), 8-hour shift schedules during our normal hours of operations of 6:00 am - 12:00 am CST from Monday - Friday and a rotating shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST every other Saturday, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends given the business need Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Word (creating and editing word documents), Microsoft Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, data entry and sorting), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar) Experience with working in the Healthcare Industry Experience in working with Medicaid OR Medicare Military experience Telecommuting Requirements: Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service (UHG requires a wired internet connection: cable, DSL or fiber internet service with Minimum speed standard of 25 Mb download/10-15 Mb upload. Wireless services such as satellite, hot spot, line of sight antenna cannot be used for telecommuting.)
