College Co-op: Operations Reporting Analyst

About the Hiring Department:

The Operations Reporting Department supports IBX by providing analytics and reporting solutions for Operations business leaders. The team develops, maintains, and analyzes reports and data insights that help leadership monitor performance, identify trends, and support informed decision‑making. By translating operational data into clear and actionable information, the department helps improve efficiency, accountability, and overall operational effectiveness across the company.

Co-op Job Description:

·Support team projects through research, development, and testing activities

·Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of data assets to ensure accuracy and reliability

·Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests to support business needs

·Work closely with team members on tasks related to benefits setup and medical claims processing

·Gain hands‑on experience supporting operational and analytical initiatives within IBX

Required Skills:

·Basic proficiency with database query languages (SQL)

·Basic proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)

·Intermediate skills with spreadsheets (Excel) and data analysis.

·Business

·Data Analytics

Classification:

·Junior or Senior undergraduate students

·Recent graduate (must be within one year or less of the program start date)

Minimum GPA:

·3.6
