Job Description

As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol in Omaha, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report observed conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, vendor, and/or employee activity in accordance with site guidelines.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
