Bilingual Translator Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay Rate : $20.00-$23.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Location : Florence, KY
Assignment Length: Approximately 4 Months - Maternity Leave Coverage
Bilingual Translator Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  
• Previous translating or interpreting experience preferred
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  
• Basic Microsoft Office and email skills required
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
  
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  
• Ability to follow instructions and support multiple team members
  

• Translate conversations, documents, and communications between English and Spanish
  
• Assist Spanish-speaking employees with onboarding and orientation
  
• Interpret during meetings and employee interactions as needed
  
• Provide administrative and office support as required
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
  
• Communicate professionally with employees and management
  
• Support HR and office operations during daily activities
  
• Perform additional office duties as assigned
