Assistant Property Manager

We are partnering with a prestigious real estate investment and development firm seeking a Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a premier luxury residential community in Coral Gables. What You'll Do Assist with the daily operations of a luxury residential community, ensuring exceptional service across maintenance, concierge, housekeeping, security, and amenities. Build strong relationships with residents by providing outstanding customer service and promptly resolving concerns. Support budgeting, financial reporting, vendor management, billing, and cost control initiatives. Coordinate maintenance activities, capital improvement projects, and preventative maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and property management best practices. Partner with leadership to improve operational efficiency, resident retention, and overall community experience. Help prepare operational reports and communicate property performance to senior leadership. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in residential property management, luxury multifamily, hospitality, or a related industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working with budgets, vendor management, and building operations. Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. CAM, CPM, ARM, or other property management certifications are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
