Machine Setup Operator Job ID: 146449 Job Location: In‑Person, $25‑$29/Hour (Based on Experience), 2nd Shift, Full‑Time, Excellent Benefits, $3,000 Sign‑on Bonus Our client is a growing manufacturer of high-quality personal care products, and they want you to join their team as a Machine Setup Operator. Available Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:15pm – 1:45am (Sunday‑Wednesday, Monday‑Thursday, or Tuesday‑Friday) Your day-to-day as a MachineSetup Operator: Set up, adjust, and repair production equipment to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot mechanical issues with minimal instruction or supervision Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient production process Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed Your skills and experience: Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience with machinery Ability to problem‑solve and think creatively in a dynamic environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
