This is an advisory role focused on helping new franchisees protect their investment by delivering coverage recommendations that are fast, clear, and accurate . What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities Expertly Advise Clients: Guide new franchise owners on their specific coverage needs, assessing risk and presenting tailored options—moving beyond simply "selling a policy." Manage High-Volume Pipeline: Run a structured pipeline of warm inbound opportunities using our modern Risk Management System (RMS) and efficient workflows. Quote and Bind Coverage: Execute the quoting, presentation, and binding process with speed, precision, and a focus on compliance and accuracy. Foster Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the operations, sales, and support teams to ensure a smooth, end-to-end client onboarding experience. Drive System Improvement: Actively provide feedback, suggest process tightening, and contribute to raising the operational standards of the agency. What Success Looks Like You will be highly successful when you consistently: Hit Production Benchmarks: Consistently meet or exceed activity and conversion goals across quoting, binding, and eventual retention. Maintain Flow & Clarity: Keep your pipeline perfectly organized and moving daily—preventing stuck deals and surprises for the client.
