The Role: Yard & Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 07:00 – 4:00 (Overtime is possible) Status: Temporary – Hire
If you you’re the type of person who finds a certain satisfaction in an organized yard and a truck loaded just right, then we are looking for you. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with others.
The Objectives:
- Precision Loading: Pull, organize and load trailers using a forklift.
- Inventory Flow: Manage inbound receiving and put-away various building materials; ensure the paperwork matches the physical reality of the stock.
- Yard Mastery: Safely operate a forklift to rotate stock and maintain a clean, high-functioning environment.
- Team Synergy: Collaborate with the crew to ensure branch success.
The Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 1+ years in a warehouse or yard setting operating a forklift.
- Physical Capability: Ability to move 60lbs on occasion without missing a beat.
- Operational Literacy: Basic math skills and the Ability to read/write precise work orders and .
- The Edge: Previous experience with building materials and lumber is a distinct advantage.
