Senior Accounting Manager

FTS is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee close activities, financial reporting, and accounting operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, improve processes, and collaborate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close.
• Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and consolidation activities.
• Review accounting transactions and supporting documentation.
• Support audits and maintain internal controls.
• Lead and develop an accounting team.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an active CPA.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience managing a team and overseeing multi-entity accounting.
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
