Grainger, a leading distributor, seeks a Director of NA Collections to lead the North American Shared Services, including Collections, Billing, and International Credit & Collections. You will develop strategies to optimize cash flow, resolve complex accounts, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Credit, Sales, and Customer Service.
