2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor We're looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor who's ready to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll guide the team, make sure orders are spot-on, and keep safety and efficiency front and center. What You'll Do Lead and motivate your team to hit goals and stay productive. Keep warehouse operations on track, receiving, picking, shipping, you name it. Make sure inventory and paperwork are accurate. Keep safety a top priority and set the standard. Look for ways to make processes better and smarter. Work with other supervisors to keep shifts running seamlessly. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience A natural leader who communicates clearly and keeps people motivated. Solid understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices. Comfortable using warehouse systems and data to get things done. Able to lift up to 50lbs. and keep up in a busy environment.
