Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team during operative procedures in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field before, during, and after surgical proceduresli> Handle and pass surgical instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical staff as needed
• Participate in weekday and weekend call as required

Required Qualifications

• Current Surgical Technician certification (CST) required
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts
• Availability for both weekday and weekend call coverage

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume or acute care surgical setting
• Flexibility to adapt to varying scheduling needs
