Responsibilities

• Provide direct and specialized care for patients with acute cardiac conditions
• Monitor patients using advanced cardiac equipment and telemetry
• Administer medications, including IV drips, cardiac drugs, and emergency treatments
• Collaborate with cardiologists, intensivists, and healthcare teams
• Assist in cardiac procedures such as angioplasty, stent placements, and post-operative care
• Educate patients and families on heart disease management and recovery plans
• Respond to life-threatening situations, performing ACLS interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CCU, ICU, or Cardiac Care
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred
• Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and cardiac medications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel and work in high-stress environments
