Job Opening: Full-time Residential Plumber @ A-One Refrigeration & Heating, Pasco, WA

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/hour, depending on qualifications

Schedule: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with a rotating night/weekend schedule

Residential Plumber Overview:

We're looking for a highly goal-driven professional motivated to perform exceptional work and drive revenue for the business. Service and sales will be your top priorities as you speak with customers about their needs, evaluate their current systems, and determine what repairs, maintenance, or upgrades we can provide. You'll sell customers on our incredible solutions and perform high-quality work, striving to meet predetermined efficiency and quality targets. This role is meant for an experienced skilled trade professional who can build relationships, close deals, and get residential plumbing systems in peak condition.

What You'll Need:

• 21+ years of age
• Level 2 plumbing license
• 2+ years of relevant residential plumbing experience
• Proven track record of sales success, ideally in the plumbing industry
• Strong sales skills with a professional, customer service-focused mentality
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills with a collaborative team spirit
• Valid, current driver's license with the ability to travel throughout our service area, including Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, Burbank, Benton City, and West Richland
• Dependable work ethic with a self-starter attitude
• Open mind to learning new ideas, methods, and perspectives
• Strong drive to meet goals and exceed expectations
